Making Sports Drinks Easy on Your Pocket

Gatorade was initially developed for a football team to replenish energy that is lost when they played in hot temperatures. The drink was designed by researchers from the University of Florida. The final product delivered a lot more than was promised. Immediately the team started taking the drink, they started to win many games. They were also a lot less tired after games played in hot weather.

Gatorade is arguably the most popular sports drink around today. Over 70 athletic programs in division 1 have made it the recommended sports drink.Gatorade coupons save a lot of money to people who buy the drink in bulk.

You don’t even have to buy many drinks at once to feel the financial implications. If you drink only a few bottles of the drink each week, you will find out that the drink doesn’t exactly leave your wallet intact. The only way to keep the money spent on buying sports drinks manageable is using coupons during the purchase.

Give a Gift of Coffee

Don’t you love getting a gift of coffee? I do! Whether it comes in a basket or interesting container, those yummy, mocha and coffee flavored treats are indeed a pleasure to receive. They have become my gift of choice for birthdays, anniversaries, retirements and other special occasions.

You CAN Do This Yourself

The very best thing about a gift of coffee is that you can make them yourself, and you don’t have to be a craft ‘guru’ to do so. Firstly, set your budget as you will have so much fun doing this it is easy to overspend. Then select the container. Check your local craft stores, grocery stores, dollar store and Walmart’s craft section. I have had good luck at Michael’s especially with their sales and 40% off coupon. Baskets work, but also take a look at the many interesting decorative boxes, metal containers, large measuring cups, planters, or themed items that can be filled, and would suit the recipient. Craft stores will also have the ribbon, raffia, cording and plastic wrapping that you will need to wrap it all up.

Finding the Goodies

Now comes my favorate part – finding the goodies. Visit the small specialty store, local cafe, internet or wherever, and look for small packages of flavored coffees, mocha chocolates, yummy biscotti, coffee flavored fudge, flavored creams, and chocolate spoons. If you are giving the gift to an espresso drinker think about coffee beans that they would grind themself. If you decide to do this then buy a mild to medium blend to be on the safe side. Flavored syrups would also work well for the espresso aficionado. Chocolate covered coffee beans are also a nice gourmet touch. They can be purchased off the internet if you can’t find them locally. And finally, there is always a colorful, themed coffee mug, espresso cup or a travel mug to get their day off to a fine start.

Finally, wrap it up and present to that very lucky person!

Choosing Your Omega Juicer

The omega juicer is a sturdy heavy duty juicer used for wheatgrass, leafy green vegetables and fruits. There are different omega juicer models such as Omega 8003 juicer, 9000 juicer, 1000 juicer and Omega 8005 juicer. It has a powerful motor that runs on 80 rpm which makes it not heat up, foam or clog. This also reduces oxidation making it produce longer lasting juices while promoting healthy enzymes. It also has cellulose fiber filters, surgical stainless steel parts. The main feature of using an omega juicer is its ease to use and clean. The juicer works on a technology that is based on chewing and masticating. This makes it run quietly while using. Apart from juicing, this machine can be used for grinding coffee beans and flour, making peanut butter, mince herbs and spices and extrude pasta at home. Can also juice cucumbers, celery, broccoli, apples, tomatoes, spinach, pears, lemons, grapefruits and pineapples.
